Bei spaces and friends spricht man auch fließend Deutsch, das erleichtert die Kommunikation gehörig. Ich interessierte mich für eine Ferienwohnung in Miami, als Geldanlage. Gernot from spaces and friends helped me to find a rental in Aventura,Florida when i moved from NYC. He found me all the dog friendly apartments and we saw 5 spaces the first day. He helped me with all the paper work and it was a pretty smooth expericence. Trough spaces and friends i also was able to rent out my place in Manhattan since they are licensend in NY as well.
